4+ Weeks before : Full Refund

Less than 4 Weeks before : 50% Refund

Less than 2 Weeks : No Refund

Exceptions
We will work in a sensible matter - so if you feel you have a suitable reason for needing a full refund past 4 weeks notice, explain in an email to onaplodco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee a refund, but will take everything into consideration.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
